How to ride HCT
1. Plan your trip
Use the trip planner or route pages to find the route and stop that work for your trip.
2. Be at the stop early
Service operates Monday through Friday from roughly 6 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. There is no Saturday or Sunday service.
3. Pay as you board
Have your fare ready when boarding. Reduced and free fares require eligible ID.
Accessible service
HCT buses are accessible. Riders who cannot use fixed-route service because of a disability may be eligible for paratransit.
Rider conduct
- Follow driver instructions.
- Keep aisles and exits clear.
- Remain seated or hold a rail while the bus is moving.
- Be respectful of other riders and HCT staff.
Lost and found
Items found on HCT buses are turned in to the HCT office. If you left something on a bus, contact HCT with a description of the item and the route you were riding.
